Our client is a leading luxury interior design studio, renowned for creating beautiful homes for private clients. Based in a welcoming and inspiring Surrey studio, they are now looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to play a key role in driving the company's continued growth.

This is a newly created position offering the opportunity to shape the commercial future of the business while working closely with the leadership team. You'll be responsible for generating new business, building strategic partnerships, and raising the company's profile within the property and interiors sector. From networking events to client meetings and industry introductions, you'll take ownership of identifying opportunities and converting them into long-term relationships.

The Business Development Manager's role:

  • Developing new business and relationships
  • Managing the full sales process from lead generation through to negotiation and conversion
  • Representing the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry functions
  • Producing compelling presentations and client proposals
  • Maintaining CRM records and managing the sales pipeline
  • Tracking opportunities, conversions, and commercial performance

About You:

  • A proven background in business development, sales, or relationship-led roles
  • Experience within luxury interiors, property, estate agency, or new homes
  • A track record of winning new business and achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach and commercial mindset
