We're recruiting on behalf of a market-leading UK manufacturer with an outstanding reputation for quality, innovation and customer service.

With continued investment and ambitious growth plans, the business is looking to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business across the hospitality sector (independent hotel and pub chains).

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected organisation where you'll have the autonomy to make a real commercial impact while building long-term customer partnerships.

The Role:

This is a true new business development position where you'll identify opportunities, open new accounts and develop lasting relationships with hospitality customers across the UK.

Working closely with internal commercial, product and operational teams, you'll deliver tailored solutions that help customers improve their guest experience while supporting the continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing new business opportunities within independent hotels and pub chains.
  • Building strong relationships with owners, operators and key decision makers.
  • Delivering consultative, solution-led sales presentations.
  • Negotiating commercial agreements and managing opportunities through to completion.
  • Developing a healthy sales pipeline and maintaining accurate CRM records.
  • Working collaboratively across the wider business to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Providing market insight to help shape future commercial strategy.

About You:

We're looking for someone who enjoys opening doors, building relationships and creating long-term commercial success.

You'll ideally have:

  • Proven B2B sales experience.
  • Experience selling into the hospitality, leisure, contract or commercial sectors.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and winning new business.
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally.
  • Existing contacts within the hospitality industry would be advantageous but aren't essential.
