Business Development Manager — Hospitality
£35,000 basic + uncapped commission | £60,000+ OTE
UK remote, with UK travel when needed | Full-time, 40 hours per week
Know hospitality, enjoy meeting people and ready to take your career in a new direction? We'd love to hear from you. Previous sales experience is useful, but not essential.
You might be a bartender, barista, restaurant manager or someone working with a hospitality supplier. What matters most is your understanding of the industry, the relationships you've built, your natural rapport and your willingness to learn.
About nollie
nollie helps restaurants, cafés, bars and pubs manage bookings, build guest relationships and grow repeat business. You'll help hospitality operators understand how nollie could work for their business, from the first conversation through to becoming a customer.
What you'll do
- Find prospective customers through research, industry connections and networking.
- Start conversations with venue owners and managers through cold calls and email.
- Understand each venue's needs, demonstrate nollie and close suitable opportunities.
- Follow up reliably, work towards sales targets and keep your pipeline organised in HubSpot.
- Represent nollie at relevant industry events.

This is an outbound sales role. Your existing relationships will help, and you'll also need to build connections beyond your current network.
What we're looking for
- First-hand understanding of restaurants, cafés, bars or pubs, whether through venue work or a hospitality supplier.
- Trusted industry relationships and a natural ability to put people at ease.
- Someone who listens carefully, asks thoughtful questions and follows through.
- Initiative and the ability to organise your own day.
- Curiosity about technology and a willingness to practise, take feedback and learn.
- UK-based, with the ability to travel within the UK when needed.

What you can expect
- £35,000 basic salary.
- Uncapped commission, with £60,000+ on-target earnings including your basic salary.
- Remote working in the UK, with travel when needed.
