Business Development Manager — Hospitality Sales

UK-based, remote, with UK travel when needed

£35,000 basic + uncapped commission | £60,000+ OTE, including basic salary
Hospitality experience valued. Previous sales experience not essential.

Love hospitality and ready to take your career in a new direction?
Maybe you’re the person who remembers every regular, gets chatting to the owner next door, or knows who’s opening a new place before anyone else. You’ve worked in restaurants, cafés, bars or pubs, and you understand what makes a good venue tick.
We’d like to meet you.

nollie helps hospitality businesses bring guests back more often. Our platform brings together online bookings, customer information and AI-powered marketing, helping venues build better relationships with their guests and grow repeat business.
We’re looking for someone who can take their hospitality knowledge and people skills into a career selling a product to the industry they know.

What you’ll do

  • Find and approach restaurants, cafés, bars and pub groups that could benefit from nollie, building relationships through phone calls, email, LinkedIn and industry connections.
  • Start conversations with owners and managers, including people who haven’t heard from us before. Regular cold calling is part of the role.
  • Ask questions about their business, learn what they need and show them how nollie could help through product demonstrations.
  • Manage opportunities from the first conversation to a signed agreement, following up and keeping your notes and next steps organised in HubSpot.
  • Meet people at industry events and share what you learn with the team to improve how we sell.
  • You’ll be responsible for creating new business and working towards agreed sales targets. You’ll need to be comfortable approaching new people, hearing “no” and following up. Your existing connections will help, and you’ll also build relationships beyond your current network.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
