As the business continues to expand across the UK, we're looking for our first Business Development Manager who enjoys building relationships, running consultative sales cycles, and winning new business.

- 2+ years of B2B sales experience within the hospitality industry
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
💰 What's on offer?
- £45,000–£60,000 base salary + company car + £15,000 uncapped OTE
- Ongoing training and clear career progression

🎯 Your Role
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing strategic hotel partnerships.
- Win new business by helping hotels modernise their operations with a leading Cloud PMS platform.
- Build trusted relationships with hotel owners, GMs, and other decision-makers.
- Deliver tailored product demos both on-site and online, showcasing how the platform improves efficiency, guest experience, and revenue.
