A powerhouse global legal tech innovator (fresh off a major UK expansion and armed with shiny new AI analytics) is looking for a Business Development Manager who speaks fluent Litigation and loves closing high-impact deals.
If you know your way around the UK legal market and want the freedom to chase everything from £10k quick-wins to £1M+ enterprise transformations, step right up.
The Gig
Role: Business Development Manager (Legal Tech & eDiscovery)
Location: UK Hybrid (2–3 days in the office, the rest in your sweatpants)
Pay: Up to £95k base + 8% uncapped commission (Realistic Year 1 OTE: £120k–£130k)
Target Audience: Top-tier, mid-tier, and boutique law firms across the UK

What You’ll Actually Be Doing
- Hunting down new business and turning skeptical Senior Associates, Partners, and Innovation Chiefs into lifelong fans.
- Steering the entire sales cycle—from initial chat to champagne-popping contract close.
- Translating complex eDiscovery, AI analytics, and managed services into simple, pain-relieving solutions for litigation teams.
- Feeding back market gossip and frontline intelligence to help shape our product strategy.
Who You Are
- The Legal Tech Veteran: You’ve got 5+ years under your belt selling SaaS, eDiscovery, or legal workflows directly into UK law firms.
- The Consultative Crusader: You don't do high-pressure double-glazing pitches. You build trust, solve real litigation headaches, and manage long-tail relationships.
- The Networker: You already know who’s who in the UK legal market (or at least know exactly how to get on their calendar).
- The AI Conversationalist: You understand where the market is heading and love showing clients how smart automation makes them look like heroes.
