OMNIAID is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager – Humanitarian Solutions to join our international team.

This is a cross-functional role at the intersection of humanitarian field operations, Cash Assistance, technology, product development, and institutional engagement, with a strong focus on business development and building new client relationships.

We are looking for someone who combines practical humanitarian-sector experience with strong business development capabilities and can identify new opportunities, engage institutional clients, understand their operational needs, and position OMNIAID's technology accordingly.

What you will do

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for OMNIAID across the humanitarian, international development, and public sectors.
  • Proactively identify, approach, and build relationships with prospective institutional clients, including UN agencies, international NGOs, government institutions, donors, and humanitarian organisations.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective clients, partnerships, pilot opportunities, and institutional engagements.
  • Represent OMNIAID in initial client discussions, understand operational requirements, and identify where OMNIAID's solutions can address specific programme needs.
  • Support the development of commercial proposals, pilot concepts, presentations, and other client-facing materials.
  • Follow relevant donor priorities, funding opportunities, procurement pipelines, and developments within the humanitarian and international development sectors.
  • Participate in client meetings, field missions, international conferences, exhibitions, and humanitarian-sector events.
  • Act as a link between prospective clients and OMNIAID's product and technical teams, translating operational requirements into clear product and implementation needs.
  • Support the design and deployment of Cash Assistance programmes, beneficiary registration and verification, merchant networks, payment processes, and reporting.
  • Contribute to pilot strategies, scaling plans, and donor-facing documentation.
  • Work closely with OMNIAID's product, technical, business development, and field teams to move opportunities from initial engagement toward pilots and commercial implementation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
