Business Development Manager
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business Development Manager based in United Kingdom.
This is an exciting business development opportunity within a fast-paced international iGaming environment.
You will focus on identifying, engaging, and acquiring new traffic partners to expand the organization's commercial reach.
The role combines outbound business development, relationship building, commercial negotiation, and market intelligence.
- You will connect with CPA networks, webmasters, media-buying teams, and other high-potential partners across multiple acquisition channels.
- Your work will directly contribute to growing the partner network, launching new traffic sources, and creating sustainable commercial opportunities.
- You will also represent the organization at international conferences and industry events, building relationships and identifying emerging market opportunities.
This role is ideal for a proactive and commercially minded professional who thrives on autonomy, networking, and measurable results.
Accountabilities
- Identify, research, and proactively approach new traffic partners, including CPA networks, webmasters, media-buying teams, and other relevant acquisition partners.
- Build outbound acquisition strategies using cold outreach, industry communities, professional networks, and personal relationships.
- Conduct initial conversations and negotiations with prospective partners, establishing traffic types, rates, funnels, commercial models, and partnership terms.
- Qualify potential partners based on traffic quality, business potential, market relevance, and commercial fit.
- Coordinate closely with launch and affiliate management teams to ensure a smooth transition from initial qualification through partner onboarding and campaign launch.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and newly acquired partners to create sustainable commercial opportunities.
- Conduct ongoing market research to identify emerging traffic sources, new teams, competitor activity, and changes in affiliate marketing trends.
- Monitor developments across relevant acquisition channels and identify new opportunities for partner growth.
- Represent the organization at international industry conferences, events, professional communities, and networking opportunities.
- Expand the partner network through face-to-face meetings, industry events, and targeted business development initiatives.
- Maintain an organized pipeline of prospective partners and prioritize activities according to commercial potential.
- Share market intelligence and partner insights with internal teams to support business development and growth strategies.

Requirements
- 1+ year of professional experience in affiliate marketing, business development, sales, or a closely related role such as Affiliate Manager.
- Previous experience in iGaming is a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of affiliate marketing principles, acquisition funnels, key performance metrics, and traffic sources.
- Familiarity with acquisition channels such as SEO, PPC, ASO, Facebook, TikTok, Telegram, and other digital traffic ecosystems.
- Good understanding of major iGaming market players and effective methods for identifying and acquiring new partners.
- Proven ability to negotiate commercial terms, communicate value effectively, and develop long-term business relationships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with different types of partners and stakeholders.
- Proactive and autonomous approach, with the ability to develop outreach processes, discover non-traditional sources, and pursue opportunities independently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of outreach and prioritize activities based on potential impact.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail when evaluating partners, market trends, and commercial opportunities.
- Adaptability and resilience, with the ability to remain effective in a fast-changing and competitive market.
- Strong results orientation and motivation to achieve measurable business development goals.
- Willingness and legal ability to travel internationally for conferences, industry events, and business meetings.
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, international environment.
