UK Sales – Automation, Intralogistics & Mechanical Project Delivery

(Service/Installation-Led Background Strongly Preferred)

About the Role

We’re looking for a UK Sales Professional who thrives in a lean, small-business environment — someone who doesn’t need a fully-built sales machine around them, but instead enjoys creating opportunities, building relationships, and putting the right commercial building blocks in place.

This isn’t product sales. This is selling delivery, resource, problem-solving, and confidence in execution.

You’ll represent a business that is already established and respected in the market, but still growing fast. The right person will help shape how we scale, how we win work, and how we deepen our footprint across automation, intralogistics, robotics, and mechanical project delivery.

Why This Role Matters

Our clients don’t buy boxes — they buy trust. They buy competence, reliability, installation quality, service responsiveness, and confidence that we’ll execute when it matters.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who You Are

  • You come from a service, installation, commissioning, or project-delivery background — not pure product sales
  • You understand the difference between selling a solution and selling a promise to deliver
  • You’re comfortable in a lean, entrepreneurial environment where you help build the commercial engine rather than inherit one
  • You have a network across intralogistics, automation, robotics, conveyors, or mechanical project delivery
  • You’re commercially sharp but operationally grounded — you know how projects actually run
  • You’re credible with engineers, project managers, and operations leaders
  • You enjoy being out in front of customers, spotting opportunities, and making things happen
  • You bring energy, resilience, and a practical mindset

Not products. Not catalogues. Not SKUs. Delivery.
