As we continue to grow across the EMEA region, we're looking for an ambitious and driven Business Development Manager to lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team of Business Development Representatives.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proven sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment, enjoys building talented teams, and is passionate about creating pipeline that drives revenue growth. You'll play a critical role in shaping our outbound strategy, coaching future sales talent, and collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and Demand Generation teams to deliver outstanding results.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of Business Development Representatives, driving a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Recruit, onboard and retain top sales talent, creating clear development plans to support career progression.
- Drive pipeline generation and revenue growth through effective outbound sales strategies and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Demand Generation and wider commercial teams to maximise performance.
- Analyse performance data and use insights to identify opportunities for improvement and increased productivity.
- Implement new processes, programmes and initiatives that enhance pipeline creation and team effectiveness.
- Champion the adoption and effective use of sales technology, including Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo and Orum.
- Lead by example, bringing energy, resilience and a growth mindset to a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Skills and Experience
- Proven experience leading a BDR or SDR team within a SaaS or technology-led organisation.
- Demonstrable track record of building high-performing teams and consistently delivering against ambitious targets.
- Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities, with a passion for developing future sales leaders.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and other commercial stakeholders.
- Data-driven approach to decision-making, performance management and problem-solving.
- Experience hiring and developing top sales talent, with a focus on long-term success.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable and comfortable working at pace in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.
