The Role
You will manage a portfolio of Insights clients and be accountable for their retention and for the adoption of the Insights suite of products. Alongside this, you will be responsible for identifying and winning new business, helping to grow the team's client base and revenue.

This role is primarily home based, with occasional travel required. You will be expected to attend the office once a month.
Key Responsibilities
- Winning new business
- Generate new business for Insights product suite through calls, email and LinkedIn
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline, converting leads into new accounts
- Research target organisations and key decision makers in the sectors
- Follow up promptly on inbound leads
- Growing accounts
- Manage and grow your existing Insights portfolio
- Build excellent relationships with clients and prospects
- Deliver clear, detailed product presentations and demos
- Attend face-to-face and online meetings with clients and new targets
- Represent Groundsure at networking events, webinars and conferences
- Assist with marketing campaigns to boost adoption and generate enquiries
- Ongoing support
- Gather market feedback to help shape products’ development
- Managing inbound enquiries, quote requests and account management
- Stay up to date with the industry
- Keep CRM (HubSpot) updated and use its dashboards to track pipeline and reporting
