About Infotel UK

Infotel UK is a leading provider of innovative IT services and solutions, dedicated to helping businesses transform their operations. We are currently seeking a driven and enthusiastic Business Development Manager with IT Services experience to join our growing sales team.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients to drive sales and deliver tailored IT solutions that meet their business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and present customized IT service solutions to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape to effectively position our services.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure successful delivery and implementation of services.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.

Requirements

  • Must have IT Services sales experience
  • Proven experience in onboarding new clients with IT Services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and deliver customized solutions.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and events as necessary.
