Business Development Manager - ITAD Services
UK Remote – Regular UK customer Travel
Up to £65k basic + Car allowance + £85k-£100k OTE + Benefits
Redline Group is recruiting on behalf of a genuine global leader in IT Circularity and Sustainability services for a Business Development Manager to support the on-going growth of their UK operations.
This is a pivotal, commercially focused role where you will combine technical understanding of enterprise IT environments with consultative sales expertise to manage existing key accounts and develop new business opportunities across IT asset lifecycle, data security and circular economy services.
The Opportunity
As a Business Development Manager, you will:
- Drive new business opportunities across IT Asset Disposition (ITAD), secure data destruction, reverse logistics, and chain-of-custody solutions
- Manage existing key accounts and grow new organic business opportunities within these
- Engage with IT Managers, Procurement, Facilities and Sustainability leaders to understand infrastructure and compliance requirements
- Deliver consultative, solution-led sales tailored to complex lifecycle and environmental objectives
- Develop compelling proposals, RFP responses and commercial models
- Collaborate closely with operations, compliance and client solutions teams to scope and deliver technically sound service solutions
- Maintain strong post-sale relationships to identify account growth opportunities

Key Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in technical sales, business development or solution consulting
- Background within IT services, managed services, hardware lifecycle, recycling or related sectors
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, compliance requirements and lifecycle management
- Proven ability to manage and convert a sales pipeline independently
- Experience leading technical presentations and supporting complex RFP processes
- A genuine interest in sustainability, circular economy and green technology
