🚀 Business Development Manager | Outsourcing & Workforce Solutions | UK

Our client is an established international player helping businesses grow faster and smarter through high-quality offshore workforce solutions. They already have an European customer base, despite limited proactive commercial investment in the region to date. They're now seriously investing in this region. This creates a significant opportunity for someone to take ownership of the UK market. Rather than stepping into an established playbook, you’ll have the autonomy to help shape the GTM strategy, win new customers and potentially play an important role in building the local organisation over time.

🔥 The Role

As Business Development Manager, you’ll become the commercial presence for the UK market. You'll own the entire sales cycle: from building your own pipeline through negotiation and close, as well as expanding existing accounts.

You’ll primarily sell to founders, CEOs and CFOs within the SMB segment (5-100 employees).

💼 What will you be doing?

  • Own the commercial development of the UK market and help shape the local GTM strategy.
  • Build a predominantly self-generated pipeline and consistently win new logos.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close.
  • Grow existing customers through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Sell strategically to founders, CEOs and CFOs.
  • Meet clients face-to-face on a regular basis.
  • Operate independently while collaborating with international teams across multiple time zones.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
