Hello. We’re Teya.

Teya was founded on a simple belief: local businesses deserve better.

They are the cafés, restaurants, salons, shops and entrepreneurs that bring character to our high streets, create jobs and keep communities moving. Yet for too long, financial services has made life harder for them - with clunky tools, poor support and complexity that gets in the way of running a business.

Teya exists to change that.

We’re building a financial platform for local businesses across Europe - one built around simple tools, thoughtful design and real human support. Our Members rely on us to help them run their business with confidence, and that responsibility shapes the way we work.

We move fast. We care about quality. We stay close to the detail. And we believe great performance and genuine hospitality should go hand in hand.

If you want to build meaningful products, solve real problems and make a genuine difference for local businesses, we’d love to hear from you.

Your mission

Drive Teya's UK growth strategy by owning the full sales cycle for our highest-value prospects, from first conversation to signed deal.

You'll act as a trusted partner, not just a vendor, bringing judgment and independence to complex, relationship-led deals. This is a high standards role built around closing with confidence, fair commission, and progression over time.

What will you be doing?

Building the Pipeline

  • Win new business through your own network, inbound leads, partnerships, and referrals.
  • Keep a sharp, structured pipeline using CRM data and market intelligence.
  • Turn inbound and referral leads into qualified opportunities, fast.

Winning Trust

  • Get under the skin of a customer's business — their challenges, goals, and pressures.
  • Build the kind of rapport that turns a first call into a long-term partnership.
  • Bring consultative selling that shows a real understanding of their world, not a script.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
