We're a family-run, dynamic, fast-growing flexible packaging business looking for a Business Development Manager with a genuine hunter instinct and the technical grit to back it up.
This is a real opportunity to build something rewarding with long term career potential. You'll have the opportunity to become a key member of the team, reporting to a Director, and a clear path to significant earnings as you grow the business as part of the team. Ideally you'll bring experience from the flexible packaging industry — but a strong technical sales ability and a good fit to our company values matter more than a perfect sector match.
The Role
This is a technical, value-based sale — you'll be trusted to run your own patch, sourcing your own opportunities, building your own pipeline, and getting stuck into the technical detail that turns a conversation into a won account. The role is focused on quality relationships over quick wins, building influence as high up the customer as possible. It's a role that rewards genuine craft and patience with real, tangible results.
