Our client is a globally recognised premium consumer brand with a strong presence across the out-of-home and hospitality sectors. They are continuing to invest in growth and are looking for an ambitious commercial professional to help expand their B2B customer base.

The brand is seen all over homes in the UK and globally and are on a great trajectory to continue to grow across a number of regions and channels!

Overview on the Role

As B2B New Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for winning new customers across the HoReCa sector while growing a portfolio of newly acquired accounts. This is a highly proactive, field-based sales role focused on identifying opportunities, building relationships and converting prospects into long-term customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target and acquire new customers across the HoReCa channel
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline through territory mapping and proactive prospecting
  • Drive the full sales process from initial outreach through to conversion
  • Use cold calling, networking, social selling and face-to-face meetings to generate opportunities
  • Maximise commercial opportunities and support the successful activation of new customers
  • Develop strong market and customer insight to identify emerging opportunities
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in B2B new business or business development
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience within HoReCa, hospitality or the wider out-of-home sector would be highly advantageous
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial and self-starting approach
  • Strong communication, networking and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organised, resilient and comfortable working independently
  • Passion for winning new business and closing opportunities
