Business Development Manager
Position Summary
We’re seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive sales growth across our Private and Hybrid Cloud Managed Services and XaaS (Everything-as-a-Service) offerings. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with deep industry knowledge and a passion for building long-term client relationships in the IT services space.
Education and Experience
Desired education or equivalent experience level:
- Proven track record in B2B sales within IT Managed Services, Cloud, or XaaS environments
- Strong understanding of:
- cloud architectures (Private, Hybrid, Public)
- virtualisation
- service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
- Exceptional commercial awareness and acumen with strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with consultative selling and solution-based sales approaches
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools

Key Job Elements
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across mid-market and enterprise clients, focusing on Creative’s strategic industry sectors
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for:
- Private Cloud
- Hybrid Cloud
- XaaS solutions
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers in:
- IT departments
- procurement teams
- C-suite roles
- Collaborate with technical teams to shape solution proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting using CRM tools
- Represent the company at:
- industry events
- webinars
- client meetings
