Build the future of supply chain performance with Impactiva, a Bureau Veritas company.

Impactiva is one of the fastest-growing businesses within Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services. We work with leading apparel, footwear, luxury, retail and consumer goods brands to improve quality, supplier performance, manufacturing excellence, sustainability and supply chain resilience.

By combining on-the-ground manufacturing expertise with digital capabilities, we help customers achieve measurable results. This includes reducing quality costs, improving supplier performance and bringing products to market faster.

We are looking for Business Development Managers to support our growth in the United States, ideally on the West Coast, and across Europe.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys creating new opportunities, connecting with senior leaders and building long-term relationships with global brands and retailers. If you enjoy developing a business, opening strategic accounts and turning ideas into customer partnerships, this could be the role for you.

What you will do

  • Develop new business with global brands, retailers and sourcing organizations.
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders in supply chain, sourcing, quality, manufacturing, operations and sustainability.
  • Identify opportunities and manage your own sales pipeline.
  • Lead consultative sales conversations from the first meeting through to closing.
  • Work closely with technical experts to develop practical, high-value solutions for customers.
  • Represent Impactiva and Bureau Veritas in the market.
  • Help deliver ambitious growth plans for the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
