The hotel features 267 guestrooms and suites along with a collection of distinctive food and beverage experiences including a brasserie, café bar, wine lounge, gastropub and Japanese restaurant, creating a diverse and fast paced environment for colleagues. Andaz also offers 14 unique meeting and event spaces including the historic 1901 Ballroom and the Masonic Temple, both rich in character and heritage.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Proactively drive new hotel sales opportunities, with a particular focus on growing the hotel’s Events business across filming, corporate social events and private functions.
- Identify and develop new relationships with clients, event planners, agencies and local businesses, expanding our network and presence in the London events market.
- Build and manage a portfolio of key client accounts, developing strong relationships that generate repeat business and long-term commercial opportunities.
- Get out into the market and represent Andaz London Liverpool Street at networking events, industry gatherings and client meetings, building connections and creating new leads.
- Create tailored proposals and event packages that respond to what our clients are looking for while showcasing the individuality of our spaces and maximising revenue opportunities.
- Deliver against sales and revenue targets, balancing the development of new business with the growth of existing accounts.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the sales pipeline, providing accurate forecasts and using account performance and market insights to identify where the next opportunities will come from.
- Work closely with our Events, Marketing and operational teams to turn commercial opportunities into memorable experiences, ensuring client requirements are understood and delivered seamlessly.
- Stay curious about what is happening across London’s events scene, keeping up with market trends, competitor activity and new ideas to identify opportunities and keep our Events offering relevant and distinctive.
- Bring creativity to the sales process, looking beyond standard packages to develop ideas and solutions that work for our clients and make the most of our unique event spaces.

About You
- Experienced hotel sales professional with a strong commercial mindset and a track record of developing new business, growing client relationships and delivering revenue.
- Understands the luxury and lifestyle hotel market and is confident representing Andaz with clients, agencies, event planners and industry partners.
- Naturally proactive and commercially curious, enjoys getting out into the market, building connections and identifying new opportunities across corporate events, social events, private functions and filming.
- Confident communicator and negotiator who can turn client needs into creative, commercially successful proposals.
- Organised, self-motivated and collaborative, takes ownership of their sales pipeline and enjoys working with hotel teams to turn opportunities into memorable events.
