Take on the UK and grow it

We are looking for an experienced life science sales person to own our UK business and grow it. You would run the territory, sell our full range, and have our marketing team feeding you leads. It is a real chance to build something, with the freedom to do it your way.

About Assay Genie

We started Assay Genie in 2017, two scientists who were tired of how hard it was to get good reagents quickly. Since then we have grown into a global brand with offices in Dublin and London, 160,000 products and customers in more than 70 countries. With over 1000 citations, our antibodies, assays and kits are used in leading academic and industry labs and have been cited in over 1,000 publications. We are still founder-led, still growing fast, and the UK is one of our biggest opportunities right now.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

We will give you the autonomy to run it as your own.

Your remit

  • Win business across UK academia, biotech and pharma.
  • Grow the customers we already have and sell them more of the range.
  • Take deals the whole way, from first call to close.
