We’re looking for a commercially minded relationship-builder to help drive growth across a fast-moving creative business. You’ll identify new opportunities, nurture warm leads, lead pitch conversations and help shape the future direction of the agency.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Driving new business opportunities across target sectors
- Building strong, long-term client relationships
- Managing proposals, pitches and sales conversations
- Working closely with senior leadership on growth strategy
- Representing the business at industry events and networking opportunities
- Using CRM and sales tools to build and manage pipeline activity
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in business development, partnerships or client growth
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercial awareness and confidence managing sales cycles
- Self-starter mentality with a proactive approach
- Experience in events, creative, marketing or agency environments is a bonus
