Business Development Manager | Live Events Logistics & Transportation
Location: Greater (West) London / Hybrid
Salary: Competitive (DOE) + Uncapped Commission + Benefits
We're working with a well-established business operating within the live events and entertainment sector, supporting clients across a wide range of high-profile projects.
As the business continues to grow, they're looking to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager to help expand their client portfolio and develop new commercial opportunities, within live events logistics and transportation.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an established network in the live events industry who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering commercial growth.

The Role
Working closely with senior leadership, you'll be responsible for generating new business and developing long-term relationships across the live events and entertainment market.
Responsibilities include:
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Building relationships with clients and industry stakeholders
- Managing the sales process from initial introduction through to agreement
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Representing the business at meetings, networking events, and industry functions
- Contributing to the continued growth of the business through proactive business development
Requirements

- Proven business development, sales, or commercial experience within the live events, entertainment, or specialist logistics/transportation sector
- An established network of industry contacts and a strong track record of winning new business
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- A commercial mindset with the ability to identify and convert opportunities
- A proactive, self-motivated approach and a passion for delivering excellent client service
