Join Our Journey

Rapid Energy is on a remarkable growth journey. Since launching in July 2020, we’ve swiftly become a leading specialist in the HVAC hire market. Our momentum has earned us national recognition – ranked as the 6th fastest-growing founder-led, privately owned company in the UK in 2023, and 22nd in 2024 – driven by consistent triple-digit growth year after year.

We’re now looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Manager to help us expand our customer base and grow key accounts. This is a newly created position, offering the chance to make a direct and lasting impact on our sales performance and the future of the business.

The Role

Join a fast-growing HVAC hire company as a key sales driver. You’ll be responsible for growing business in the London region – finding new clients, growing existing accounts, and delivering tailored technical hire solutions (boilers, chillers, and portable HVAC systems).

What’s in it for you?

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
