Great brands, real backing, and room to make your mark.

This is a business development role within a long-established, highly respected spirits business, home to some of the most exciting whisky and premium spirits brands in the country. You'll have the reputation, portfolio and support of an experienced commercial team behind you, with the freedom to run your accounts your way.

You'll look after a portfolio of On Trade and route-to-market accounts across London, with some national reach, representing a premium range of owned and distributed brands. Malt whisky and rum sit at the core, so whether it's Speyside versus Islay or Jamaican pot still versus Bajan blend, you'll already speak the language.

The focus here is value, not volume for its own sake: growing category share, building long-term partnerships, and shaping how a premium portfolio is seen and served across London's bars and restaurants.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
