Job Overview

Binghatti is looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our London team. The role will focus on developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with investors, clients, brokers, and partners, and supporting the growth of Binghatti’s luxury real estate portfolio in the UK market.

The ideal candidate will have strong business development and relationship management skills, with experience in luxury sales, real estate, investment, or high-value client acquisition. Experience working with GCC/MENA clients is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, referrals, and market outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HNW/UHNW clients, investors, brokers, and strategic partners.
  • Develop relationships with GCC investors and international clients interested in UK and Dubai real estate.
  • Manage the full business development cycle from lead generation to relationship building and conversion.
  • Attend networking events, exhibitions, investor meetings, and industry events to promote Binghatti.
  • Work closely with sales teams to convert opportunities into successful transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions through CRM systems.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client requirements to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Relationship Management, Sales, or Partnerships.
  • Strong track record of generating business opportunities and achieving targets.
  • Experience dealing with high-value clients and relationship-based sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build networks and develop long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven approach.
  • Strong understanding of luxury markets and client expectations.

Preferred Experience

  • Real estate, property investment, luxury sales, or high-value client relationship background.
  • Experience working with GCC/MENA clients or investors.
  • Existing network of investors, brokers, or professional contacts is an advantage.
