The role
To support the expansion of the Ideals VDR in the UK, we’re growing our Key Accounts team by adding a Business Development Manager based in London. You’ll focus on high-value target accounts ($1bn+) - building the kind of relationships that turn prospects into long-term customers.
As a front-line, quota-carrying team member, you will actively reach out to new customers and oversee a pipeline of opportunities to close deals. Engaging proactively with key decision-makers across enterprise organizations, you’ll accelerate our continuous revenue growth in the UK market.

What you will do
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers throughout London
- Deliver sales targets by focusing on new customer acquisition
- Proactively build and manage a pipeline, working with Enterprise accounts and constantly developing new opportunities
- Actively contribute to the execution of the sales and marketing strategy for the UK region
- Take part in arranging M&A Community events, enhancing Ideals' visibility
- Deliver compelling product presentations to clients
- Structure, negotiate, and close deals
- Consistently share insights and provide updates to customers
- Provide relevant customer feedback to the product development and management teams
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Commercial Sales to grow customer satisfaction and the company’s revenue
What you bring
- 4+ years of experience in a full 360 sales role – from origination to closing – within B2B or professional services sector
- C-suite selling experience, ideally with complex sales cycles
- Ability to effectively engage with decision-makers
- A track record of successfully managing pipelines and closing deals
- Exceptional business communication skills to structure persuasive pitches and navigate client discovery
