Location: Crawley, West Sussex
Base Salary + Uncapped Commission | OTE £100,000+
Naddict Ltd is looking for an exceptional salesperson and business developer to join our growing international longevity and wellness business, based from our office in Crawley, West Sussex.
This is not your average sales role.
We already have a strong pipeline of warm leads and active opportunities that need to be developed and closed, ranging from smaller accounts through to significant international distribution and commercial partnerships.
We are looking for someone who knows how to sell, negotiate, build relationships, solve problems and get deals done.
The Role
You will take ownership of both new business and existing accounts, with responsibility for converting opportunities into revenue and developing customers over the long term.
Our sales process is highly consultative. Larger opportunities can involve pricing negotiations, distribution structures, legal agreements, product requirements, logistics, regulatory considerations and multiple decision-makers.
You need to be comfortable with complexity and able to think commercially.
When a deal encounters an obstacle, we want someone whose first reaction is not to accept "no", but to understand the problem, find a commercially sensible solution and work out how to move the opportunity forward.
Responsibilities
- Working an existing pipeline of warm leads and active opportunities
- Converting opportunities into customers and long-term commercial partnerships
- Generating and developing new B2B business
- Managing opportunities from initial conversation through negotiation and close
- Managing and growing existing customer accounts
- Identifying cross-selling and account expansion opportunities
- Negotiating pricing, volumes and commercial terms
- Working with management, operations, manufacturing and legal teams on complex deals
- Building relationships with distributors, clinics, retailers, pharmacies and other commercial partners
- Developing your own network and generating new opportunities
- Managing international customers and distributors
- Maintaining disciplined and persistent follow-up
- Taking ownership of opportunities until they are completed

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who We're Looking For
Above everything else, we are looking for a great salesperson.
Someone commercially sharp, confident, persistent and resourceful who understands how to build relationships and close business.
You should be capable of handling a smaller customer one moment and negotiating a significant international opportunity with senior decision-makers the next.
You need to be comfortable working independently, thinking on your feet and finding solutions rather than waiting to be told what to do.
Experience within aesthetics, longevity, wellness, supplements, healthcare, pharmacy or medical devices would be highly desirable.
Candidates with an existing network of industry contacts will have a significant advantage.
International Sales
A significant proportion of our business is international, with customers, distributors and commercial opportunities across multiple markets.
Experience in international B2B sales, distribution or export markets would therefore be highly valuable.
Additional languages are a major advantage, particularly for candidates comfortable negotiating and developing commercial relationships internationally.
The Person
You are likely to succeed in this role if you:
- Have a proven B2B sales or business development track record
- Know how to close
- Are excellent at building long-term commercial relationships
- Can grow existing accounts as well as win new business
- Are comfortable negotiating significant deals
- Understand consultative and solution-based selling
- Can manage complex opportunities involving multiple stakeholders
- Are persistent without losing commercial judgement
- Think quickly and solve problems
- Follow up relentlessly
- Take ownership of your pipeline and results
- Are comfortable in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
- Have experience with international sales
- Ideally have an existing network within aesthetics, wellness, longevity or related industries
- Ideally speak one or more additional languages
