We’re excited to offer a brilliant opportunity for a Business Development Manager with lubricants expertise to join our team.

Based in Halesowen, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our branch network and on-site teams, with regular travel required to engage with locations across the network and drive business growth.

About the role:

This role is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven and customer-focused professional to lead the growth and development of our lubricants category. You will play a key role in identifying and securing new business opportunities, strengthening relationships with customers, suppliers and branch teams, and acting as the subject matter expert for lubricants across the business.

Working collaboratively with branch support, commercial and operations teams, you will provide tailored solutions that meet customer needs, support tenders and commercial proposals, and contribute to delivering outstanding service. By staying ahead of market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity you will help drive sustainable growth, increase market share and establish the business as a leading supplier within the lubricants sector.

What we’re looking for in our Business Development Manager:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales within engineering, MRO, or industrial sectors
  • Knowledge of lubricants or related categories
  • A strong commercial instinct and ability to spot opportunities
  • Confidence in building relationships at all levels
  • A proactive, self-starting attitude
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
