About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Business Development Manager to join our team and help drive new business growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in luxury, high-end, travel, fashion, beauty or hospitality, who understands how to build relationships with discerning clients and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets and client segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers and high-value clients.
  • Manage the full business development cycle, from prospecting and initial outreach through to negotiation and closing.
  • Develop compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently work towards revenue and growth targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales through to delivery.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity and developments across the luxury and premium sectors.
  • Represent the company at relevant industry events, networking opportunities and client meetings.
  • Track activity, pipeline and performance against agreed KPIs.

  • Has proven business development / sales experience, ideally within a premium or high-end environment.
  • Comes from luxury, travel agency, fashion, beauty, hospitality or a similarly client-focused sector.
  • Has a strong network and demonstrable experience winning new business.
  • Is confident engaging with senior stakeholders and building trusted relationships.
  • Is commercially minded, target-driven and motivated by commission and results.
  • Has excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Is proactive, personable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Can demonstrate a strong understanding of delivering a premium client experience.
