Business Development Manager – A&D
Luxury Furniture | Central London Showroom
An exceptional opportunity to join a globally recognised design house operating at the very top end of the luxury interiors market.
With a beautifully curated Central London showroom, this premium brand delivers architectural furniture, bespoke wardrobe systems and high-end living solutions for some of the most prestigious residential projects across London and internationally.
We are seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to take ownership of the A&D channel — building and nurturing relationships with architects, interior designers and high-end developers.
The Opportunity
This is a showroom-based role, focused on developing specification opportunities at concept stage and positioning the brand as a preferred partner across prime and super-prime residential projects.
- You will be the face of the brand within the London design community — confident hosting client meetings in the showroom, attending industry events, and proactively developing new relationships across the A&D sector.
- Projects range from luxury private residences through to high-end developments, where design integrity, craftsmanship and detail are paramount.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
