The team collaborates closely with architects, interior designers, FF&E teams, and developers to deliver tailored solutions that meet exacting design and technical standards. NURA Interiors manages the full lifecycle of each project, from design development and technical detailing through manufacturing and delivery. A strong focus on precision, craftsmanship, and flawless installation underpins every project, resulting in premium finishes and long-lasting client relationships.

Role Description

This part-time Business Development Manager – Luxury Residential & Architectural Joinery role is a hybrid position based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility for some work from home. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities with architects, designers, FF&E teams, and high-end residential developers, as well as nurturing existing client relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching target markets, prospecting and qualifying leads, preparing proposals and presentations, and managing a pipeline of high-value projects. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with the design and technical teams to align client requirements with NURA Interiors’ capabilities, attend industry events and client meetings, and contribute to sales strategies and revenue growth.

  • Proven experience in business development or sales within luxury residential, architectural joinery, interiors, or related design-led sectors.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with architects, designers, FF&E teams, and developers.
  • Solid commercial acumen, including pipeline management, proposal development, negotiation, and closing of high-value projects.
  • Understanding of bespoke joinery, fitted furniture, or high-end kitchen design processes, including design development and technical detailing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confident client-facing presentation abilities.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment, managing time and priorities across office, site, and remote work.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales reporting; competence with standard office software.
  • Relevant education or training in business, design, architecture, or a related field is beneficial.
  • Experience in the London luxury residential market and an existing network in the architecture or interiors community is an advantage.
