Business Development Manager – Roofing, Waterproofing & Coatings
📍 London & the South East
🏠 Home-based | Field-based
Tristram Parker Recruitment is supporting an established UK manufacturer of roofing, waterproofing and protective coating systems with an important appointment.
We’re looking for a commercially driven individual who can develop new contractor customers while providing credible, practical support on site.
The role will involve:
- Winning and developing contractor accounts.
- Promoting roofing, waterproofing and coating systems.
- Conducting site surveys and product demonstrations.
- Training contractors and supporting initial applications.
- Converting trials and technical support into repeat sales.
- Managing your territory, pipeline and CRM activity.

We would like to hear from technical sales professionals within roofing, coatings, construction chemicals or building products.
We would also consider experienced applicators, surveyors, site supervisors or contracts professionals with strong commercial ability and the ambition to move into business development.

Regular access to industrial and commercial roofs is an essential part of the position. You will therefore need to be comfortable working safely at height, hold a full UK driving licence and be willing to travel across the territory.
