Business Development Manager – Foodservice

Hybrid – Hampshire | £55,000–£60,000 + £4,800 Car Allowance

Some account management roles are all about keeping customers happy.

This one is about growing them.

You'll inherit a portfolio, but nobody's expecting you to sit back and maintain it. You'll be out with customers, spotting opportunities, solving problems, and finding new ways to grow the business.

The role

You'll take ownership of a portfolio of Foodservice and Impulse customers, creating strategies that deliver growth for both your customers and the business.

You'll be:

  • Growing and developing existing foodservice accounts
  • Identifying new commercial opportunities within your customer base
  • Building long-term partnerships with key decision-makers
  • Creating and delivering customer growth plans
  • Using data, category insight and market trends to uncover opportunities
  • Visiting customers regularly to understand their business and identify ways to add value

What they're looking for

Experience within foodservice, convenience or FMCG would be advantageous, but they're equally open to people who can demonstrate strong commercial instincts and relationship-building skills.
