National Account Manager | On Trade/ Wholesale

📍 Central London (3-4 office contact days per week)
💰 Up to £50,000 basic + bonus + share options

Are you a Business Development Executive or National Account Executive ready to step into a broader Account Manager role?

We're partnering with an exciting challenger drinks brand entering a pivotal stage of growth. Already listed with major retailers including Tesco, Waitrose and Ocado, the brand also has a growing presence across the On-Trade sector, with listings in restaurant groups such as Daisy Green, Coppa Club, and Mitchells & Butlers.

As the business continues to scale, they are looking for a commercially minded individual to manage and grow existing customer relationships while unlocking new business opportunities across national accounts, regional groups, and wholesalers within the On-Trade channel.

Having spent years building an exceptional product, strong brand reputation, and established distribution network, the business is now entering its next phase of growth and is seeking someone who wants to be part of that journey.

Why this role?

This is a high-impact commercial opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, opening doors, and driving growth.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
