Role Description:

This is a full-time, field-based sales role. You'll be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities and driving revenue growth across key market segments. Day-to-day activities include:

  • Researching prospects
  • Conducting sales meetings
  • Preparing proposals
  • Negotiating contracts
  • Maintaining an accurate sales pipeline

You'll collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with customer needs, support strategic marketing initiatives, and provide regular performance reports and forecasts. The role also involves:

  • Attending industry events
  • Monitoring market trends
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of our sales processes

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within wholesaling, contract cleaning, or hospitality
  • Strong business development and sales skills β€” lead generation, relationship management and negotiation
  • Ability to conduct market research, analyse data and identify growth opportunities
  • Competence in preparing proposals, managing pipelines and using CRM or sales management tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with confident presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, able to work independently and meet targets
  • Full UK driving licence
