Business Development Manager
Manchester (Hybrid)
Intech IT Support has been delivering managed IT services and cybersecurity solutions since 2007. We are an IASME-accredited Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus Certification Body and are now looking for a Business Development Manager to support our next phase of growth.
This role is focused on developing new business opportunities, building relationships, and growing our client base across managed IT support and cybersecurity services.
The role
- Generating new business through proactive outreach and networking
- Building and managing relationships with prospective clients
- Identifying opportunities for managed IT support and cybersecurity services
- Working closely with the leadership team to support business growth

What we are looking for
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B sales or business development
- Confident in generating your own leads and managing your own pipeline
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A professional and consistent approach to winning new business
- Experience in IT, telecoms, or cybersecurity services would be an advantage
