Our client is looking for a Mandarin speaking Business Development Manager to join their team
The Role
We're hiring a hands-on Sales Manager (Europe) to lead a team of Account Executives, win strategic logos, and grow ARR across enterprise and high-growth mid-market accounts. You'll own territory strategy for Europe, build pipeline with partners, and coach the team to consistent, repeatable execution.
You will:
- Lead, mentor, and coach AEs to exceed quarterly revenue targets and activity standards
- Own Europe territory strategy: segmentation, prospecting, multi-threaded deals, and closing
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and accurate forecasting; enforce CRM rigor (HubSpot) and data hygiene
- Drive field execution with cloud partners (AWS/GCP/Azure), SIs, VARs, MSPs, and marketplaces
- Run weekly deal reviews, MEDDICC qualification, and executive-level value articulation
- Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to improve conversion, adoption, and expansion
- Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent; foster a high-accountability culture
- Represent Truewatch at customer meetings, industry events, and partner enablement sessions
- Travel as needed across key metros

Requirements
5+ years in B2B SaaS sales with 2+ years leading or managing a sales team
- Consistent quota attainment; strong pipeline discipline and forecast accuracy
- Deep familiarity with Europe cloud market (hyperscalers, local data centers, partner programs, marketplace motions)
- Hands-on understanding of the observability landscape (APM, infra monitoring, logs, tracing, incident response) and how buyers evaluate these tools
- Comfortable selling to technical and enterprise buyers (IT, DevOps, Engineering, SecOps)
- Strong executive presence, communication, and negotiation skills

Nice to Have
- Relationships with AWS/GCP/Azure and leading SIs/VARs in Europe
- Experience in regulated or complex industries (FSI, telco, manufacturing, logistics, retail, public sector)
- Background in sales enablement/training and building repeatable playbooks
