Business Development Manager (Marketing & Agency Growth)

We are a leading connector within the marketing ecosystem, bringing together agencies, brands, and technology partners through a suite of high-impact services. Positioned at the centre of the industry, we support ambitious agencies looking to scale, brands seeking fresh thinking, and martech/adtech businesses aiming to increase their visibility and influence.

Following significant investment and a period of strategic expansion, we are entering an exciting new phase of growth. As we continue to build the infrastructure and capabilities required to scale, we are looking for a talented Business Development Manager to play a key role in driving our commercial success.

The Role

This is a high-impact, client-facing position within the Group Sales & Marketing function, responsible for accelerating growth across the business.

  • Accelerating Growth: You will be at the forefront of building and developing relationships with leading marketing agencies, converting those connections into high-quality commercial opportunities.
  • Focus Areas: Your focus will span both long-term retained services and high-profile event sales, contributing directly to revenue growth and pipeline development.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will take ownership of a regional or sector-focused growth strategy, working closely with business development, marketing, and commercial teams to deliver against ambitious targets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
