Are you a Sales Professional from an M&E, Lighting, Building Services, AV, Smart Technology or similar background, looking for a genuine new business role with a rapidly growing international company?
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of developing new business across the M&E market, with excellent earning potential, specialist product training and long term progression.
This company is an established international technology business specialising in intelligent solutions for residential and commercial buildings. Their technology is used to automate and control building systems, improving comfort, efficiency and energy management. Due to continued growth, they are looking to expand their UK commercial team.
In this role you will proactively target M&E consultants, contractors, developers and other key decision makers, generating appointments, developing new relationships and identifying projects. You will also manage incoming opportunities, although the primary focus will be generating completely new business.

This role would suit an experienced B2B salesperson from an M&E, MEP, Lighting, Building Services, AV, Smart Technology or similar background who has a proven track record of generating new business.
The Role
- Proactively generate new B2B business
- Target M&E consultants, contractors, developers and specifiers
- Prospect, cold call and generate appointments
- Develop new relationships and identify projects
- Full product and technical training
- UK client visits with office based working when not visiting prospects
The Person
- Proven B2B sales / business development experience
- Track record of proactively generating new business
- M&E, MEP, Lighting, Building Services, AV, Smart Technology or similar background
- Existing industry contacts advantageous
- Confident prospecting and developing relationships from scratch
- Full UK driving licence
