The LSM Club is a premium private members' club for women, providing access to a curated calendar of leading cultural, sporting, dining, and social occasions in London and internationally.
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to develop and manage high value relationships across the club.
This is a broader commercial relationship role, not simply a membership sales position. You will be responsible for developing prospective member relationships, building relationships with corporate partners and introducers, identifying commercial opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with members once they join.
We are specifically looking for someone who already has an established HNW client base, private client network, or strong access to founders, executives, investors, senior professionals, and relevant corporate decision makers.
The role is designed for someone who already knows how to open doors, build trust, develop opportunities, and convert relationships into commercial value. You will be expected to build and manage your own pipeline across individual and corporate relationships. This will include prospective members, referrals, introductions, partnership opportunities, and relevant commercial contacts.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
