About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead revenue growth and strategic expansion within the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive incremental business growth.
- Creating and managing a robust sales pipeline while balancing new account acquisition with existing account retention.
- Guiding prospective clients through the sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure.
- Supporting customers through onboarding, implementation, and ongoing engagement to ensure seamless transitions and sustained revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will:
- Proactively engage with prospects and customers to identify new opportunities.
- Exhibit strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment while delivering independent results.

Responsibilities
- Achieve revenue targets and drive business growth through effective sales strategies.
- Convert leads into opportunities, ensuring timely and accurate account management.
- Submit monthly forecast reports and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
- Prospect within the assigned territory to develop and sustain a strategic pipeline.
- Develop and manage territory business plans in alignment with overall objectives.
- Lead prospects through the full sales cycle, from discovery to contract closure, while collaborating with pre-sales, specialist teams, and support functions.
- Support customers during onboarding and implementation, partnering with the Partner Success Manager to facilitate smooth transitions and long-term relationship management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development and account management.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
- Excellent English fluency and the ability to communicate effectively in German (a plus).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team setting.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
