Business Development Manager – Microsoft & Digital Transformation
Location: Scotland
Salary: Up to ÂŁ105k base + uncapped commission
Target: ÂŁ3.75m, with commission paid on every pound generated
WeDo is exclusively supporting a well-established technology consultancy looking to bring in a Business Development Manager (BDM) in Scotland.
Role Overview
Experience working within the Microsoft ecosystem is essential, alongside a track record of selling digital transformation services.
The business is developing more flexible customer solutions and building an advisory practice that’s already secured some impressive early wins. There’s plenty for the right person to get stuck into.

Responsibilities
- Open doors, grow existing accounts, and work across the business to bring the right expertise into customer conversations.
- Develop the Microsoft relationship and spot opportunities to cross-sell.
Requirements
- Experience:
- Worked within the Microsoft ecosystem and understands how it operates.
- Good blend of winning new business and developing accounts.
- Collaboration:
- Works closely with sales, advisory, and delivery colleagues.
- Community Involvement:
- Gets involved in industry events and the wider community.
- Customer Relations:
- Builds credibility with customers and follows through on their promises.
