Business Development Manager – Out of Home Advertising
Location: Peterborough
Home-based with regional travel
We’re recruiting for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join one of the UK’s fastest-growing Out of Home media owners.
The role will focus on developing new business across a defined regional territory, selling Digital and Traditional Out of Home advertising to local businesses, direct clients, agencies, local authorities, and public-sector organisations.
The Role:
- Generate your own leads and secure appointments with prospective clients
- Develop new business across your regional territory
- Sell tailored Digital and Traditional OOH advertising solutions
- Manage the complete sales process from prospecting through to close
- Build strong relationships with local businesses, agencies, and key decision-makers
- Maintain an accurate CRM and manage a healthy sales pipeline
- Deliver against quarterly revenue targets

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven sales or business development experience
- A strong new-business mentality
- A track record of achieving or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- The confidence and resilience to generate your own opportunities
- Strong organisation and territory-management skills
- A full UK driving licence

Previous media, advertising, or OOH experience would be advantageous, but we are also open to strong regional salespeople from other sectors.
