Business Development Manager - Mobility

East of England, Northern Ireland & Ireland
£55,000 - £65,000 Basic Salary + £20,000 Annual OTE (Commission Paid Quarterly) + Benefits

Drive Growth. Build Partnerships. Own Your Success.

At Savaria UK, with well-known brands such as Handicare in our portfolio, we're looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Business Development Manager to take ownership of a key territory across the East of England while leading the development of our presence throughout Northern Ireland and Ireland.

Covering the postcode areas LE, NN, PE, B, SG, DE, S, DN, LN, NR and IP, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys creating opportunities, building long-term partnerships, and seeing the direct impact of their work.

Why Join Savaria UK?

This is more than a traditional sales role. You'll have the autonomy to manage your own territory, plan your own schedule, and develop relationships that drive real business growth.

  • You'll be responsible for identifying and converting new business opportunities while strengthening existing partnerships with trade customers and dealerships across your region.
  • Alongside an established territory, you'll have the exciting opportunity to help shape and expand our presence in Northern Ireland and Ireland, creating new routes to market and building a strong foundation for future growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
