Business Development Manager - Vehicle Finance
South-East London Region (Colchester to Dartford)
My exclusive client is a leading global provider of automotive finance solutions, recognised for exceptional dealer relationships, outstanding customer service, and a market-leading reputation across the industry.
Reporting directly to the Sales Director, this fast-paced regional role focuses on developing and managing relationships with new- and used-car dealers, introducers, and sponsors. You will promote a full suite of asset finance products — HP, PCP, Lease Purchase, personal loans and more — blending proactive new business development with strategic portfolio management to drive growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Regulatory compliance across all financial transactions and documentation
- Professional brand representation in every dealer and customer engagement
- Balanced account management alongside targeted new business activity
- Collaboration with senior leaders to achieve regional revenue targets
- Strong internal communication with Head Office and adherence to administrative processes
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 3 years’ B2B experience selling automotive finance, fleet, LCV, corporate or asset finance via a brokerage or direct lender
- OR an ambitious automotive-sector Business Manager / BDM seeking progression into a high-growth finance environment
- Consultative, solutions-driven sales approach
- Proven portfolio management capability
- Strong new business generation and territory development skills
- Ambitious, tenacious, and consistently target-driven

Remuneration:
- A competitive £45,000–£55,000 base salary (DOE) plus a strong, achievable bonus structure.
