About MASTERI
MASTERI is a growing performance marketing agency working directly with advertisers and publishers across multiple lead generation verticals.
About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who knows the affiliate industry, has an established network, and can turn conversations into real business. This is not a role focused on maintaining an existing portfolio. We’re looking for someone who can open doors, bring new opportunities to the table, develop direct partnerships, and grow revenue.
You’ll work across verticals including Pay Per Call, Medicare, Insurance, Home Improvement, Debt Consolidation, Loans, Education, E-commerce, and Nutra, working with both advertisers and publishers to launch and scale profitable campaigns.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Develop new business with direct advertisers, publishers, affiliates, media buyers, and other strategic partners
- Leverage your existing industry network while continuously building new relationships
- Identify new offers, traffic opportunities, and partnerships across multiple verticals
- Negotiate commercial terms and take opportunities from initial conversation through launch
- Grow existing partnerships by identifying opportunities to increase volume and profitability
- Work directly with the founders on new verticals, markets, and growth opportunities
- Monitor partner and campaign performance and act quickly when there is an opportunity to scale
- Represent the company at affiliate conferences, events, and industry meetups
- Stay close to the market and understand where traffic, demand, and new opportunities are moving

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
