You know how to create an opportunity and turn a commercial conversation into new business. Your current job title matters less than being able to show us how you do it.
With Glenigan, you’ll sell construction intelligence that helps businesses find work. Customers include contractors, manufacturers and suppliers who need to know what’s being built, who’s involved and when to make contact.
You’ll build your own pipeline through outbound prospecting and own the sale through to close. In return, you’ll have sales and product training, ongoing coaching and uncapped commission.

What you’ll do
- Find and approach new customers.
- Ask questions about how they win work and where they want to grow.
- Demonstrate how Glenigan can help them find relevant projects and contacts.
- Take opportunities through proposals, negotiation and close.
- Keep your pipeline and forecasts accurate in HubSpot.
What you’ll bring
You might already be a BDM or sales executive, or have built relevant experience in another sales role. We’re interested in how you create opportunities, understand customer needs, handle objections and win business.
You’ll need to organise your pipeline, take ownership of your results and use coaching to improve. Experience in construction, SaaS or business intelligence is useful, but isn’t essential. We’ll help you learn the product and market.
