Company Description

We support organizations of all sizes with cyber security and network infrastructure projects, delivering solutions tailored to each client’s specific business challenges. Our services include comprehensive cyber security, managed services, and robust network and infrastructure support. We also provide storage and backup solutions designed to safeguard critical data and ensure business continuity. In addition, we offer hardware supply for laptops and desktops, along with asset tagging and imaging services to streamline deployment and lifecycle management.

Candidates joining our team will work in a technical, customer-focused environment where long-term partnerships and reliable service are central to our mission.

Role Description

The Business Development Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Crowthorne, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the week after initial onboarding. This role focuses on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across cyber security, managed services, network infrastructure, storage and backup, and hardware supply. The Business Development Manager will collaborate closely with technical and service delivery teams to shape solutions, and ensure smooth handover from sale to implementation. The role also involves maintaining relationships with existing clients, tracking market trends, and reporting on pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in business development, account management, or sales within IT, cyber security, or managed services.
  • Strong skills in lead generation, pipeline management, and closing opportunities, with a focus on B2B solutions.
  • Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts in cyber security, networking, infrastructure, storage, and hardware supply with clients and internal teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a customer-centric approach to building long-term relationships.
  • Capability to work independently in a hybrid environment, managing priorities, targets, and time effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office tools to track activity, prepare documentation, and report on performance.
  • Relevant education or professional certifications in business, sales, or information technology are beneficial.
  • Previous experience in the UK technology services market is advantageous.
