About the Job

We're looking for a Business Development Manager to strengthen our presence within the Nuclear sector, developing lasting customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities across the industry. This is a customer-facing role where you'll work with leading organisations in the Nuclear sector, helping them address complex operational challenges through innovative automation, control systems and engineering solutions.

You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of key customer accounts while proactively developing new business across the Nuclear market. Working closely with our engineering, commercial and delivery teams, you'll help develop solutions that deliver genuine value, support customer requirements and contribute to the safe, reliable and efficient operation of critical Nuclear facilities.

From initial engagement through to long-term account development, you'll play a key role in driving revenue growth, strengthening strategic partnerships and expanding ITI Group's position within the Nuclear industry.

We're looking for someone with a strong background in Control Systems (S&C) and experience working within the Nuclear sector. You'll bring an understanding of the industry's regulatory environment, operational challenges and evolving technology requirements, alongside excellent relationship-building skills, commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities that support both our customers' objectives and ITI Group's continued growth.

If you're passionate about developing strategic partnerships, enjoy working in a consultative sales environment and want to be part of a business delivering critical automation and control solutions to the Nuclear industry, we'd love to hear from you.

This role offers flexibility in location, and we'd particularly welcome applications from candidates based in or around the South of the UK, with the ability to travel to customer sites as required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
